Aluminium floor channels
It is preferable for the floor channels to be fitted prior to the final floor finish to achieve a flush surface. If the final floor finish has already been previously completed, AMERICAN shutters could install a unique low profiled aluminum floor channel with rounded edges, perfect for unobtrusive surface mounting.
Making shutter installation simple
Quick and easy installation is achieved using pre-sized and mitred components joined with hoffman key connectors to ensure accurate and strong miter joints. A mitre joint is made by bevelling the two parts to be joined at a 45° angle to form a 90° corner.
Ironmongery, including hinges, bolts, magnets and ring pulls, are all pre-installed for neat and efficient on site work.
