The health and safety of our community – customers, staff and suppliers – during the current COVID-19 challenge is a top priority for AMERICAN shutters. Therefore, in compliance with the government’s directive of a 21-day lockdown as of midnight on Thursday 26 March 2020, we will be closing our factory and showrooms throughout South Africa.
However, to ensure business continuity and to be there for our customers through this unusual time, we are introducing a new and exciting way of doing business. AMERICAN shutters’ management and qualified consultants will be working from home and available to conduct virtual consultations with you via your preferred technology; Skype, Whatsapp, Facetime, Facebook etc.
By engaging with you while you are in your home, you can show us the windows and doors on which you are considering installing shutters, we will guide you through taking the necessary measurements, present colour swatches and samples, share some inspirational images and offer our expert advice on ranges, styles and finishes.
By the end of your consultation, we will have all the required details to generate a quote and if accepted, we will arrange to come through to your home to confirm measurements once the lockdown period is over.
