It seems life is all about balance for Shaheeda Mohamed, AMERICAN shutters’® Cape Town sales consultant; from her interior design style to how she will be spending her holidays.

Shaheeda has been with AMERICAN shutters for 16 years, she started out as a receptionist while still in her teens, and today she is a sales consultant who thrives on interacting with her clients and offering quality service and advice through the process of transforming their homes. She sees her career with AMERICAN shutters as an ongoing journey of learning and developing along with the company.

When asked which of AMERICAN shutters’ products is her favourite, she is quick to answer, “Definitely our Decowood shutter range, I love the traditional style and timeless beauty it creates. It’s durable and versatile.” This is not surprising as this range seems to have the balance Shaheeda appreciates. “Bold metalics and brass ware. I think the colors will be soft and subdued with a hint of shine.”

How will she be relaxing over AMERICAN shutters’ festive season break from 11 December to 11 January?
“Balancing quiet relaxation with quality time spent with friends and family. I cannot wait to just relax with a good read and take in the scents of the ocean and forest, and of course spending quality time with my loved ones is priceless.”
