The beautiful natural surrounds of mountainscapes, vineyards and blue skies, the romance of Mediterranean-style architecture with bold yet understated earthy tones, textures and features, and the simple sophistication of AMERICAN shutters’ custom-manufactured Security Shutters come together to create a design statement that just can’t be ignored.
From early discussions with the homeowner and architect, AMERICAN shutters soon realised and became excited about the extraordinary nature of this project. Customisation was to be the norm from start to finish, quite literally. The bespoke Security Shutters were finished in a custom colour powder-coating to complement the home’s first floor window and door frames. Fitted to the exterior of the home, the shutters were made to fit the home’s unique individual arched openings. For security and aesthetic elegance, the shutters’ locking mechanisms were fitted on the inside of the shutters, not visible or accessible from the outside.
Every detail of this home has been carefully and intuitively considered and meticulously integrated, as were the shutters. The result; pure synergy of style!
